1. Welcome

Hi, and welcome to purrpose.art.

These Terms & Conditions outline how things work when you browse our site or place an order. By using our website, you agree to these terms — so please read them carefully.


2. What We Do

Every item you see on purrpose.art is:

  • Made to order
  • Printed and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Prodigi
  • Created specifically for you once you place an order

This means your product doesn’t exist until you order it — which is great for reducing waste, but it also affects cancellations and returns (more on that below).


3. Orders

Once you place an order:

  1. It enters a short processing window
  2. It’s sent to production
  3. It’s printed, packed, and shipped

Please double-check:

  • Sizes
  • Addresses
  • Product choices

We start production quickly, so changes aren’t always possible.


4. Cancellations

Before production starts

If you change your mind quickly, we’ll do our best to help.

  • Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins
  • Contact us as soon as possible at mail@jarrick.nl


⚠️ After production starts

Once your order is being made:

  • Cancellation usually isn’t possible
  • This is because the product is already being created just for you


EU “cooling-off” exception

Under EU law, personalised products are exempt from the 14-day return window.

Because everything we sell is made-to-order:

  • We can’t accept returns for change of mind after delivery


5. Shipping & Delivery

📦 Where we ship

We ship worldwide using Prodigi’s global network.


Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on:

  • Production time
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier performance

We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


🚚 Delays

Sometimes things are out of our control (couriers, customs, weather).

We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but we’ll support you if something goes wrong.


📍 Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping details are correct.

We’re not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to the wrong address
  • Additional shipping costs due to errors


6. Issues, Returns & Refunds

💥 If something’s wrong

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at mail@jarrick.nl with photos.

We’ll make it right with:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund


🔁 Returns

Because items are made just for you, we don’t accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selection
  • Minor print or color variations


7. Product Details

We do our best to display products accurately, but:

  • Colors may vary slightly between screens and print
  • Placement and sizing can differ slightly due to production

That’s part of the handmade-on-demand nature of what we do.


8. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on purrpose.art — including:

  • Artwork
  • Designs
  • Branding
  • Images

belongs to us (or is licensed to us).

Please don’t copy, reuse, or reproduce anything without permission.


9. Our Responsibility

We care about your experience, and we’ll always try to resolve issues fairly.

That said, to the extent allowed by law:

  • We’re not liable for indirect or unexpected damages
  • Our liability is limited to the value of your order

Nothing here limits your rights under EU consumer law.


10. Force Majeure

If something beyond our control happens (like supply chain issues, natural events, or major disruptions), we may experience delays.

We’ll always keep you informed.


11. Privacy

We only use your information to:

  • Process orders
  • Provide support

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you’re in the EU, you still benefit from your local consumer protections.
